Not every twist can be the introduction of tribe swaps or the immunity idol. Sometimes you get the amulet of power, redemption island, or the have/have nots. That's just the cost you have to face for trying to find the twists that really work.

I'm just saying that it would be a terrible twist to do that, since it would mean the 6 tribe would dominate over the 4. If ALL tribes were even it would be different, obviously.
