Fallen Comrades

Never met ya, don't have anything to say *shrugs*

Oh, Yau. Upon seeing you on my tribe after watching you in Faroe I knew you'd be something of a wild card and I didn't want you around. Gabe and Ozzy seemed keen on including you in our little majority though. So I'll admit I was happy when you went AWOL on us and it gave me the excuse to push for you over Sugar and Kristina, who I felt like I connected with more and I wanted to work with.

This wasn't a boot I pushed for lightly because I did like you. But unfortunately, due to my connections with the Mekus I didn't see booting one of them as an option and due to Kristina's potential connection to David I didn't want to risk alienating her, so with Lil immune it left only you and I needed to make some attempt at control. You were an unfortunate casualty and I'm sorry it turned out that way.

Didn't get to talk with you that much but you seemed cool and I was a little disappointed to see you had gotten the axe in that round. I thought we connected at least a little bit in the pre-shuffle merge and I thought we'd have been able to work well together

This is the saddest boot for me, looking back. I didn't fully believe that you were the "traitor" who had voted Ozzy but everyone else was pretty solidly for it and I didn't want to make a target of myself after coming on fairly strong in the Sandra vote so I had to go along with this one. I'm sorry that you got taken down like this. You were great and I enjoyed talking with you.

Never actually got to talk to you but you seemed pretty chill

Your reason for quitting is by far the most unique I've ever heard.

Oh Ozzy. Where do I begin. I was solidly with you, man. But you doubted me when I had done nothing to earn it. That hurt, bud. But, you lied to me and voted for me so I can't be too sad about it. Your getting the boot proved to be a blessing in disguise. It freed me of any obligations and gave me a lot of wiggle room in the merge. You were great though, and I enjoyed working together for as long as we did.

You're so chill, and I was legitimately sorry that it was you that took the fall at the merge. If I'd had my way you would have stuck around a lot longer, but it was out of my hands that round. Not that I'd have rather gone, but I would have preferred someone else going over you

I legitimately wanted to work with you, as I've said, but I think with the history that we had there just wasn't a lot of room for trust between us. Maybe if we'd been able to move further into the game something would've changed but I didn't want to take any chances. I wanted you out, not because I hated you or anything like that, but because you'd proven yourself to be a smart and capable player.

I've already told you pretty much everything I could in Ponderosa, but if I'd known you weren't as close to Sophie as I thought then I might have considered alternative options. But I think voting for you did serve the purpose that I had in mind for it and it gave me a new foothold in the game. Still, it'd have been fun to work with you longer. You were great.

You were so quiet and shady and I honestly didn't know where you really stood on things, so good job with that, lol.

Kelly, you were one of my favorites in this game by far. And I think a lot of other people think similarly, which is why you had to go

By far the most chill, easy-going, fun guy I've ever played with. I loved the energy you brought to this game and the way you were clearly just in it for fun, while still taking it seriously as a game. Thanks for being such a cool guy.

You might read some less-than-nice things about you in my early confessionals from original Waiwai

I was really excited to get to play with you after watching you play in Faroe Islands, and I really wish that we'd had more opportunity to be on the same side than we did. We just spent too much time on opposite tribes I guess. Still, it was a fun run and I'm glad we got to play together.

So proud of how far you got in this. I was really hoping you'd make the end, what a complete turnaround that would've been from our first season. I'm glad we actually had a chance to actually play together this time around. It's been a blast and I wouldn't change any of it, except maybe the part where you voted me out.

Dude, you're a trip, don't ever change.

My partner in crime for most of the game

Dude, we kept getting separated in this game but I'm glad we were finally able to work together in the merge, even if things didn't quite pan out like we wanted them. I think you've played a great game here and I really hope you're able to pull out the win. You deserve it.
