OK at first I was going to research each player and who played as whom and really formulate how I thought every single player would do. But yeah, no.
I do not have time for that. And I actually think this will be a better game plan for me in regard to hosting and blogging this season. I know none of these folks except my season. I have no preconceived notions. I have no idea who would try to immediately align with whom and who likes whom. I've decided that I'm glad. I might be going in mainly blind but at least that means I'll have fresh and honest opinions of how I see each player play THIS game.
But since I do know a few of these returnees, here are some general thoughts.
Yau Man. So clearly he has balls to make such a move as grabbing the idol within seconds of the game. But with those balls I wonder if he has any brains? No way we could get any real sense of what he would have to offer because he was always having to play against the ramifications of having the idol. Did he ever make any real connections? Was he ever liked or was he solely used? Were people on his good side or were people constantly trying to blindside him?
He certainly deserves a second chance because he blew his first one within a few seconds of Faroe's game start.
Ozzy. Oh my. He and I were on the same tribe to start and I really don't remember much about him other than I thought his activity was sporadic and he could not commit to the game really at all. So for that alone, he needs redemption.
I'd love to see him find his niche. He will need to step it up a bit from Faroe but I think he can easily do that if his head is more in it.
Lilliana. I liked Lilliana quite a bit. Here is what I saw as a major problem of hers. Either a lack of adaptability or the fact that she trusted too much without maybe picking up on the subtle body language you can find in a PM. Not sure she knew when others were hedging with her and when she realized it, it was a little too late.
I expect some of that to still be here honestly. But I also think she will be more honed in her skills and really looking at things from all angles. She will not want to be blindsided by a vote and not know how to regroup.
Mookie. Seriously we all know he was robbed. ROBBED. Not that I cared, he needed to be . But not this season. We all need to see what this guy can do. 'Cause he can do a lot. He is funny. He is likeable right off the bat. He has solid challenge skills without screaming threat. I'm expecting great things. I loved his application and I know he means it. He's here to win and won't be happy with anything else.
Flicka. Adorable. I don't think I ever really put my finger on it last season, but there is something about her. It's a freshness ... A naivete that screams take me in and protect me. Well at least it did for me but I'm a mom. I pick up on those type things. Others just saw her as sort of noobish. Well not this season. I think of everybody, she will really have grown and will know what not to do and what best to do to make better first impressions and make solid, game-lasting connections.

Right off the bat and I'm thinking Yau Man is actually stupid. I had hoped he actually was not.
But go get 'em Yau!

Stuff like this also boggles my mind...
From Kelly...
But go get 'em Kelly!
From Kelly...
So I just proposed a big final 3 alliance with Jenna and Mookie, Mookie I think is down and I believe Jenna is too, they're probably talking to each other right now about how intense I am, hopefully this doesn't bite me in the ass but it's second chance, we gotta play balls to the wall here.
But go get 'em Kelly!
